Welcome to Mzima Homes. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a digital account, exploring plots/homes, listing properties, or participating in cooperative operations, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. In alignment with our strict security requirements, every user must establish a verified MzimaID™ identity profile before performing transactions, submitting listings, or participating in cooperative workspaces.

3. Listing and Transaction Policies

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of property details, subdivision geometric bounds, and ownership documentation. Buyers submit reservation deposits in escrow, which remain RLS-protected and subject to title registry due diligence checks before conveyancing.

4. Escrow and Ledger Integrity

Escrow funds and transaction histories are tracked using an immutable double-entry ledger. Reconciliation disputes are subject to investigation by our compliance committee. Any attempt to bypass our M-Pesa API validation pathways constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mzima Homes acts as a modern, high-integrity marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and partners. While we implement strict RLS protections and due diligence checks, we are not liable for disputes arising between transacting parties outside the bounds of our platform's certified digital services.
