Q:What is the role of a Property Partner?
Partners and brokers act as certified land specialists who manage property listings, arrange viewings, interface with land search registries, and handle transaction transfers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
Q:Is my reservation deposit refundable?
Yes. If a property fails verification checks or the transaction does not progress due to title issues, your escrowed reservation deposit is fully refundable in accordance with our Billing Policy.
